Interested in the Comfort Dog Ministry?

Have you ever wondered how a dog can open the door to meaningful conversations, bring comfort in difficult times, and help share the love of Christ with people in need?

LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs is a ministry of Lutheran Church Charities that brings specially trained comfort dogs into communities to offer hope, comfort, and a caring presence.

Trinity would like to add a Comfort Dog as part of our ministry! To begin the application process, we need a team of interested members who would like to learn more and explore how they might be involved.

There are many roles within the ministry that do not involve being a dog handler, so you don't need to be a “dog person” or know anything about handling a dog to be part of the team!
