Help the LWR Quilters!

What this event is about:

We are currently seeking urgent assistance for our quilting ministry, whether you can help on a short-term or long-term basis. With several members currently away, our team is down to four people working to prepare quilts for Lutheran World Relief and our upcoming Church Christmas Baskets.

No sewing experience is required—if you can tie a knot, we have a place for you! We also need help cutting squares, a task that can easily be done from your own home with materials we provide. If you are an experienced sewer with a machine at home, we can supply you with a kit of squares and simple instructions to sew them together using basic half-inch seams.

Any level of support is greatly appreciated. If you would like to join us in person, we meet every Wednesday morning from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Even if you can only spare an hour!
