An Update on the Worship Director Search

The Worship Director search team will conclude first round interviews this week. After initially reaching out to nearly 20 people, we conducted four interviews and have four strong candidates! (Two are men and two are women. They range in age from early 20s to late 40s. Two of the four are local.) The plan from here will be to bring one or two of them on site to spend time with our staff, music team, and others before a final decision is made. The hope is to be able to make an announcement at our November town hall.
